Perforated metal sintered mesh
Perforated sintered metal mesh, also known as perforated sintered metal wire mesh, is a composite sintered mesh suitable for precision filtration and filter layer protection. It is produced by combing several layers of stainless steel woven wire mesh and then sintering them into a single piece of perforated metal. The support of the perforated metal sheet gives the sintered mesh extremely high compressive strength and mechanical strength. The thickness and aperture size of the perforated metal laminate vary, and the woven metal mesh can be single or multi-layered, meeting the needs of various applications. Perforated sintered metal wire mesh can also be processed into different shapes, such as chips, cones, cylinders, discs, and tubes. Due to its excellent permeability and high strength, it plays an important role in various filtration applications, such as gas-liquid separation and solid particle recirculation.
