Polyethersulfone (PES) pleated membrane microporous filter cartridges utilize imported unsupported PES microporous membrane as the filtration medium. The inner and outer flow guide layers, filter end caps, housing, and central rod are all made of polypropylene. The membrane is pleated using adhesive-free hot melt welding technology, forming a seamless, integrated structure. This prevents media shedding and eliminates the introduction of any chemical contaminants.Each product undergoes high-purity water rinsing and integrity testing before shipment to ensure quality. It offers excellent chemical compatibility, suitability for diverse liquid filtration, and stable filtration performance.
