PTFE pleated filter cartridge

The PTFE pleated filter cartridge series is manufactured using advanced biaxially oriented PTFE membrane technology. It offers broad chemical compatibility, biocompatibility, and unique hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties. PTFE hydrophobic cartridges feature strong hydrophobicity and high retention efficiency, achieving sterile gas filtration. They provide air permeability without water permeability, high airflow capacity, and resistance to high temperatures, strong acids, and alkalis.Hydrophilic PTFE filter cartridges achieve sterile liquid filtration with stable hydrophilic properties and high retention rates. Beyond excellent chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance, their hydrophilic media eliminates the need for pre-wetting during filtration of aqueous solutions, significantly reducing operational time costs. Suitable for filtering highly corrosive and strongly oxidizing liquids, as well as gas filtration.

Filtration precision: 0.2μm for liquids, <0.01μm for gases, and <0.03μm for dual-layer configurations.
