The Challenge

The plant's outdated filters couldn't keep up: filter cakes built up within minutes, requiring multiple shutdowns per day for cleaning. The maintenance team was stretched thin, and overall processing efficiency suffered badly.


The Solution

The plant upgraded to YUBO's YGDF-D250 self-cleaning scraper filter. The system pairs a carbide alloy scraper with a wear-resistant screen mesh. The scraper removes accumulated filter cake in a spiral pattern, and the cleaning speed can be adjusted via variable frequency drive—delivering fully automated, hands-off operation.
