Application Example: Food Processing Water Treatment
At a food processing plant in China, unstable deep-well water contained solids ranging from trace amounts to 2%, with a treatment capacity of 300 m³/h. YUBO designed a two-stage system: a YGDF self-cleaning filter removed particles larger than 25 μm, followed by an SSBF security filter for finer filtration.
The treated water achieved 0.113 NTU turbidity, with initial and one-month samples meeting the specified requirements in third-party laboratory testing.
